Service description

Narratly provides AI-powered marketing report generation by connecting to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Acceptable use

The service is intended for agencies and marketing professionals only. You may not use Narratly for unauthorized scraping or for reselling data obtained through the platform.

Subscription

Subscriptions are priced between $149 and $399 per month, depending on your plan. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice.

Third-party services

We do not guarantee the uptime or availability of third-party APIs (including Google, Meta, and TikTok). Those systems operate outside Narratly’s control.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain valid OAuth connections to the platforms you connect
• Ensure you have the legal right to access any ad accounts you connect

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Limitation of liability

Narratly is not liable for business or strategic decisions made based on generated reports. Reports are informational tools; you remain responsible for how you use them.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed with an international jurisdictional approach. Disputes should first be addressed by email at contact@narratly.io before any other formal process.
